Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for details on returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • You must have the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@panelsource.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Standard Returns: For change-of-mind returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at support@panelsource.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
